  Metolazone is a hypotensor and a hydragogue, which is mainly used in oral tablet production.  The production method used in XI’an LiBang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for this product is through synthesis methods.  By lab experiments, pilot production and three 1.5Kg validation batches production in 2001, the production process has been demonstrated credible, feasible and controllable.
