Propofol is developed in Xi’an Libang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd from June 1995 and Three years later process
validation and stability study were done. During late June 1998 to middle July 1998 three validation batches
were done in amounts of 3.1kg, 3.4kg, 3.5kg respectively. All met the requirement after the test.
