Accuracy

Under the assay method of Tolpropofol Hydrochloride, prepare the accuracy solutions at 80%, 100% and 120%, and prepare three replicates for each concentration point to investigate the closeness between the tested value and the true value of the above accuracy solutions. Calculate the accuracy with recovery. Recovery is calculated using the following formula:

C_actual is the actual tested amount of the sample, in g

1) Preparation of Accuracy Solution

Accuracy solution at 80% concentration point: Accurately weigh 0.2001 g, 0.1999 g and 0.2001 g of Tolpropofol Hydrochloride sample and transfer into a 100 ml titration vessel, and add 35.0 ml of diluent (mixture of acetic anhydride and glacial acetic acid).

Accuracy solution at 100% concentration point: Accurately weigh 0.2496 g, 0.2495 g and 0.2501 g of Tolpropofol Hydrochloride sample and transfer into a 100 ml titration vessel, and add 35.0 ml of diluent (mixture of acetic anhydride and glacial acetic acid).

Accuracy solution at 120% concentration point: Accurately weigh 0.3002 g, 0.3003 g and 0.3000 g of Tolpropofol Hydrochloride sample and transfer into a 100 ml titration vessel, and add 35.0 ml of diluent (mixture of acetic anhydride and glacial acetic acid).
